How to Send Tax Exempt Forms

If you are a tax-exempt organization, you can send your tax exempt forms to our customer service email address at [email protected]

To ensure that your forms are processed quickly and accurately, please include the following information in your email:

  • Your organization's name
  • Your organization's tax exempt status number
  • The date of your tax exemption
  • A copy of your tax exempt form
  • You can also include any other information that you think may be helpful to our customer service team in processing your forms.

Here are some additional tips for sending tax exempt forms to our customer service email:

  • Make sure to include a clear subject line in your email.
  • Attach your tax exempt form as a PDF file.
  • If you are sending multiple forms, please attach each as an individual PDF.
  • If you have any questions, please contact our customer service team at 800-440-5556.

Please note that we accept tax exempt forms by fax at 866-243-5689.

Once we receive your email, you can proceed to checkout and use the Tax Exempt checkbox, which will remove the taxes off your order.
