The Safe-T-Link connector also comes standard with free spinning welded 1" NPT male fittings on each end. These fittings can spin a full 360 degrees, even when they are tightened, eliminating kinks and reducing stress on the connector. A 1" NPT quick disconnect acts as a shut-off valve by allowing you to cut off the gas flow when the plug and socket are removed from the appliance.
