Dispenser housing is made of durable high impact material. The translucent cover allows a visual conformation of paper towel roll.

Dispenser has sensor-operated towel dispensing mechanism. The sensor is located at a place below the dispenser for natural hand position towel activation and retrieval. Dispenser provided with a key activated spring lock.
